• Fully accredited Low Carbon Energy assessment services including provision of Level 3 & 4 Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificate and Level 3 & 4 Air-conditioning Inspection Reports to meet Building Regulation Part L

• Building performance simulation, for both existing building stock and new build.

• Provision of Building Log Books to meet Building Regulation Part L

• Preparation of Operation and Maintenance manuals including as fitted drawing and commissioning and handover information.
