Eco Building Services Design Ltd was established as a design practice to provide a comprehensive one stop design facility for Estates professionals.

The company was formed to fill the design gap between the small schemes carried out by in house staff and the major development work carried out by the national consultancy practices.

The type of work targeted is the small to intermediate size of scheme, where co-ordination with the user group can be as important as the work itself.

We have over forty years of experience in building services engineering in both design and operational areas, from hands on through to senior management level. Eco Building Services Design Ltd are fully versed in all aspects of project work including co-ordination, CDM and site supervision.

Our design and operational expertise enables us to relate to and understand the problems faced by Estates and Facilities professionals enabling design solutions to be tailored to meet the demanding needs of both new and existing building stock.
